Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to drive expansion of our brands into retail stores, chains, and online platforms.
This role is for someone who knows how to:
- Open doors
- Close deals
- Get products on shelves and keep them selling
You will be responsible for building relationships with buyers, securing placements, and growing revenue across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure placement in:
- Retail chains (mass, discount, specialty)
- Independent stores & regional chains
- Online platforms (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Build and manage relationships with retail buyers and category managers
- Present product lines, pricing, and promotional strategies
- Negotiate deals, pricing, and placement opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams on:
- Inventory & fulfillment
- Marketing & promotions
- Product positioning
- Track sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Stay on top of market trends and high-demand product categories
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, retail distribution, or wholesale
- Strong network of retail buyers or store connections (BIG plus)
- Experience selling into:
- Walmart, Target, TJX, Burlington, etc. (preferred)
- Or strong independent/chain store network
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and results-driven
- Ability to manage deals from pitch to close
Compensation
- Base salary + high commission structure
- Performance-based bonuses
- Unlimited earning potential based on deals closed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
