Compensation: $55,000–$100,000+ OTE (performance-based commissions + monthly accelerators + recurring revenue incentives)

Territory: Limited appointments per county

Smart Tech On Demand is a professional security integration company serving Philadelphia and the surrounding counties (Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Chester). We install and service alarm systems, commercial surveillance, and access control for residential and commercial clients — with a standardized package model, a performance-driven team culture, and a clear path to growth.

About the Role

We are appointing residential territory consultants to sell professional home protection packages — intrusion alarms, cameras, access control options, and monitoring. This role is built for confident closers who want real upside and the support of a structured, proven system.

What You’ll Do

■ Run in-home security assessments and present simple, clear package options

■ Position monitoring as the standard on every install

■ Coordinate scheduling handoff to operations for a smooth customer experience

■ Maintain CRM discipline and consistent follow-up after every appointment

■ Generate referrals and reviews by delivering a clean, professional customer experience

■ Conduct outreach to realtors, referral partners, and neighborhood contacts as needed

This position is C2H and we are looking for people to join our team who want the ability to become full-time hires after probationary periods. As we are growing, we are looking for people who want to grow with us. The room for growth is exponential.

Pay: $58,707.27 – $100,701.23 per year
