We have 3 open positions in 3 locations: San Diego, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
Duties
- Lead B2B (business-to-business) engagements, and technical sales solutions.
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals, emphasizing market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Manage key client accounts through proactive account management, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Utilize CRM platforms such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct negotiations with prospective clients, presenting tailored solutions that meet their needs while maximizing profitability.
- Oversee business development initiatives by identifying emerging markets and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Provide regular analysis of sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics to optimize results and overcome challenges.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service by ensuring team members deliver professional, responsive support at every touchpoint.
- Lead training sessions on product knowledge, technical solutions, and effective selling techniques to continually elevate team capabilities.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales roles with a strong background in B2B sales environments.
- Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams or departments with a focus on achieving targets through leadership and strategic planning.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and techniques for driving brand awareness and lead generation.
- Experience selling technology solutions or technical products, with familiarity using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for analysis and reporting.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Business development experience identifying new markets, prospects, and partnership opportunities to grow revenue streams.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
