Tackle Dent Specialists Auto Hail Repair technicians have over 20 years of experience. We partner with the country’s largest insurance providers to repair cars damaged by hail. We offer a customer cashback program, giving our sales team, a competitive advantage in the field.

This is a direct sales position that starts with a base pay of $500 per week and a 30% commission.

We are looking for motivated, hungry sales professionals, ready to earn serious money during hail season.

Compensation

• $500 weekly base pay

What we’re looking for:

• sales experience preferred door-to-door is a plus
• Self motivated and competitive mindset
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable, working outdoors and knocking doors
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours during storm season

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvas scene in referrals
• Inspect vehicles for hail damage
• Educate customers on insurance claim process
• Helped customer schedule inspections and repair
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Maintain strong customer relationships
