Your role is simple, knock doors along pre-set routes, spark interest in our services, and schedule free estimates. No closing required. You get paid $30 for every appointment you set, plus guaranteed minimum wage as your base, so you’re always protected. Set just 5 appointments a day and you’re walking away with $150, with plenty of room to earn more. With strong performance comes real growth potential and increased responsibility for those who want it.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales to residential and commercial properties.
  • Present, promote, and set appointments.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a salesperson or similar role.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.
