Job Description

Raptor Roofing is looking for motivated individuals who want to earn uncapped commission in a high-income outside sales opportunity.

This role is perfect for people coming from car sales, solar sales, telemarketing, phone sales, retail sales, serving/bartending, or other commission-based positions who want to transition into a higher earning industry.

No roofing experience required — we will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential roof inspections for homeowners
• Identify storm damage and explain repair/replacement options
• Guide homeowners through the process when applicable
• Generate your own opportunities and follow up with leads
• Track jobs and communication using our CRM

This Role Is Great For People With Experience In:
