Job Description
Key Responsibilities
– Prospect and secure new clients (property managers, contractors, storage facilities, commercial clients)
– Conduct outreach via phone, email, in-person visits, and networking
– Build and maintain long-term client relationships
– Drive repeat business and recurring service agreements
– Meet or exceed revenue and client acquisition targets
– Upsell additional services (cleanouts, demolition, recurring pickups)
– Coordinate with dispatch and field crews
– Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
This role starts at 20–30 hours per week as you build your pipeline and client base.
High performers will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role within 30–90 days based on performance.
This is a performance-driven position designed for individuals who want to grow into a larger role and take ownership of their book of business.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
– 10–20+ new clients per month
– $15K–$50K+ monthly revenue generated
– High client retention and repeat bookings
– Strong lead-to-close conversion rates
Compensation
Base Salary: DOE
Commission: Percentage of revenue from closed jobs
Bonuses for recurring contracts and high-value accounts
OTE: $70,000 – $120,000+
Qualifications
– 2–4+ years in sales or account management
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
– Ability to manage a pipeline independently
– Comfortable with in-person outreach
– Valid driver’s license preferred
