Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere

  • Take food and drink orders, ensuring accuracy and prompt service

  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer inquiries, suggest menu items, and answer questions about ingredients and specials

  • Clean and set up tables, and maintain a tidy dining area

  • Process payments and handle cash or card transactions

  • Follow food safety and cleanliness standards at all times

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and customer-service driven

  • Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays or lift up to 25 lbs
