We’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy, and dependable Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with questions, issues, and product support on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and can provide professional service with a smile — even through a screen or over the phone.
Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the complaint and determining the best solution

Maintain accurate customer records using our internal support system

Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate departments when needed

Provide feedback to help improve customer experience and processes
Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Comfortable using email, live chat, and basic CRM systems

Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
