We’re seeking a tech-savvy and resourceful Part-Time IT Support Specialist to provide essential technical assistance to users and ensure smooth day-to-day system operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, has strong communication skills, and can troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or in-person

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

Qualifications:
