These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, owned and operated by Job Boards USA LLC. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site, create an account, or apply for jobs. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older.
2. Job Listings — Third-Party Content
Job listings on this site are provided by third-party employers. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of any job listing. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of job descriptions, salaries, benefits, or requirements.
- Hiring decisions made by employers.
- Any employment relationship between job seekers and employers.
- Any losses or damages arising from reliance on job listings.
3. Employer Responsibilities
Employers who post job listings are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of their job postings.
- Complying with all applicable employment laws, including non-discrimination laws.
- Ensuring posted positions are genuine and available.
- Maintaining confidentiality of applicant information.
4. Free Trial Terms
We offer a 14-day free trial for employer job posting plans:
- No payment is required during the 14-day free trial period.
- The free trial automatically expires after 14 days with no charges.
- No automatic billing occurs at the end of the trial.
- Free trial accounts are limited to one (1) active job posting.
5. Paid Plans and Refunds
- All paid plans are billed in advance on a per 35-day period (Unlimited plan billed annually) basis.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
- Refund Policy: Paid plans may be refunded within the first 7 days of the billing period. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive job listings.
- Harvest personal information from other users without consent.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the site’s operation.
- Post listings for pyramid schemes or commission-only positions without clear disclosure.
7. Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any job listing at our sole discretion, including listings that violate these Terms, are fraudulent, or violate applicable laws.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is the property of Job Boards USA LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THIS SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOB BOARDS USA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
